From order placement to shipment, typical turnaround is 5-10 business days depending on order volume and complexity. Rush options are available for select products.
We accept JPEG, PNG, and HEIC formats. Photos should be at least 1200x1800 pixels (300 DPI) for best 3D modeling results. HEIC photos from iPhones are automatically converted.
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Payment processing is handled by a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. We never store credit card numbers on our servers.
