Customers pose for a photo at your venue. Our AI generates a detailed 3D model from the photo, which is then manufactured into a high-quality figurine and shipped directly to the customer. You manage everything through the Partner Portal.
No special equipment is required. You just need a device with a browser to access the Partner Portal. Photos can be captured with any camera or smartphone.

Every figurine undergoes quality inspection before packaging. Our production network maintains rigorous standards with professional-grade 3D printing technology to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
We currently ship within the continental United States. All shipping addresses are validated to ensure reliable delivery. International shipping availability is expanding.
Yes. Customers receive email notifications with tracking information at every stage — from order confirmation through modeling, production, and shipment. They can also track their order via a unique tracking link.
We accept JPEG, PNG, and HEIC formats. Photos should be at least 1200x1800 pixels (300 DPI) for best 3D modeling results. HEIC photos from iPhones are automatically converted to JPEG.
