This Privacy Policy explains how Solidiphy ("Solidiphy", "we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use our platform and related services. We designed Solidiphy to minimize data collection and give you control over your information.
When you sign in via Google or other third-party services, we only access authorized information necessary for account creation and authentication. We do not access sensitive data like Gmail content or other private information beyond what is explicitly authorized for account setup. The information we receive is limited to basic profile data such as name, email address, and profile picture.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers who assist with printing, shipping, payments, analytics, and support under strict confidentiality agreements. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the specific services they provide to Solidiphy. All data sharing is limited to what is necessary for essential service operations.
We implement comprehensive security measures to protect your data, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure access controls, regular security audits, and employee training on data protection. While we strive to protect your information using industry-standard security practices, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Photos uploaded for printing are securely deleted after order completion and any required retention window. Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal requirements. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
We will respond to your requests within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law. Some requests may require identity verification for security purposes.
Solidiphy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will promptly delete it. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information should contact us immediately.
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including the United States. When we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other legally recognized mechanisms to ensure your data receives adequate protection.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will notify you of material changes through the app, email, or other appropriate means as required by law. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
If you have questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact us at support@Solidiphy.com. We are committed to addressing your inquiries promptly and transparently.
